Mii Fighters are allowed with the below rules
All Mii Fighters must have no equipment and use
1-1-1-1 Moveset NO EXCEPTIONS!!
1. Registration
NOW TILL June 27, 2015 12PM CST. All early registration will take place by logging onto SmashTour.com.
2. Eligibility and Limitations
Everyone is eligible to participate
3. Tournament Preparation
a) Be prepared to play.
b) ALL PLAYERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE THERE NINTENDO NETWERK ID (NNID) FRIEND CODES PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT
c) Each player will be contacted prior to each match
c) Team Selection:
1. Once participant has entered the Tournament, such participant can play with any of the current Smash Bros players.
d) Game Settings:
1. 3 STOCK with 8 Minute Time Limit
Best 2 out of 3.
Finals will be 3 out of 5

a) First stage will be chosen at Random
b) Loser will choose next stage
c) In game 3, you cannot pick a stage you have already won on
4). Overtime (OT) will decide all ties at the end of regulation. There will be winner for every match.
5. Schedule
a) Registration begins NOW and shall close after first round on June 27, 2015. If any spots remain open, these will be filled on a first come, first serve basis the day of the event.
b) Once the first 40 spots are filled registration will be closed. Tournament Organizers reserve the right to alter the number of available slots at any time.
c) Participants should be available to play the entire day of June 27,2015
d) Tournament seeding will be determined in random fashion by TournamentOrganizers
e) Once your opponet has been chosen a staff member from THECITYSCHAT.COM/SMASHBROSTOUR.COM Staff will contact each player via Email/Phone/Twitter/Facebook/Chat Room

f) Any dispute will be settled by the lead Tournament Organizer and that decision will be considered final and absolute.
g) Players can be notified of results and also updates of the tournament by access the BRACKETS/MATCHES page on SMASHBROS.COM
6. Procedures
a) Tournament seeding will be determined in random fashion by TournamentOrganizers.
b) The Tournament format is a 1 vs. 1 format.
(NO HANDICAPP)
c) This is a double-elimination tournament.
d) If you pause the game during game play you will automatically LOSE THE ROUND
g) The winner of each round will be determined by highest win total reported and will advance to the next round. (THE WINNER OR LOSER CAN REPORT THE RESULTS) The loser will drop to losers’ bracket on first lost. A lose in the losers bracket will result in elimination from tournament play.
h) If you claim a win in a game you are losing or lost with no evidence that your opponent exited the match intentionally or of any rule being violated it will result in an automatic forfeit.
i) Players have 1 hour, upon notification that they’re next to play, to report to their match or they will face immediate lose and/or elimination. We need to keep the event moving in a timely fashion. EXCEPTIONS CANNOT AND WONT BE MADE!!
j)Disputes can only be initiated when reporting the results of a match, you can file a dispute
7. Tournament Conduct and Decisions
a) By participating in the Tournament, competitors agree to be bound by thedecisions of the Tournament Organizers. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfairadvantage in participating in the Tournament, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified and/or possible elimination from the tournament
b) Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Foul language towards others of any kind will not be permitted ortolerated and may lead to disqualification and/or elimination from tournament.

If you purposely lie to a league official during the questioning of a specific THECITYSCHAT.COM Staff member while under investigation and you are under substance or no substance, legal or illegal, you will be removed from the Tournament without a refund.If you break any rule you can be removed without a refund.
